Account and Data Deletion

INNINGS: Rider & INNINGS: Driver

At INNINGS (operated by STUPENDOUS INNINGS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED), we prioritize Your privacy and believe You should always have complete control over Your personal data. In strict accordance with the Google Play Developer Policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1(v)), we provide a direct, seamless method for You to permanently delete Your account and associated data.

Important Note: Deleting Your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, Your profile, saved addresses, active sessions, and access credentials cannot be recovered.

Method 1: Direct In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

You can delete your account instantly directly from within either the INNINGS: Rider App or the INNINGS: Driver App:

Open the App: Launch the INNINGS app on Your mobile device and log in to Your account.

Go to Profile: Tap on the Profile tab (located on the bottom navigation bar or in the side menu).

Scroll Down to Bottom: On the Profile page, scroll down toward the bottom of the screen. Right near the Logout button, You will find the "Delete Account" option.

Confirm Deletion: Tap on "Delete Account" and confirm the prompt. Your account will be permanently deleted and Your session will be signed out immediately.

Method 2: Deletion Request via Email

If You have uninstalled the application or are unable to log in, You can submit an account and data deletion request directly to our customer support team:

  • Support Email: support@stupendousinnings.com
  • Email Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Mobile Number]
  • Information Required:
    1. Your Registered Full Name
    2. Your 10-digit Registered Mobile Number
    3. Account Type (Rider or Driver)

Once received, Our team will verify Your request and permanently delete Your account and associated records within 48 to 72 hours, sending You a confirmation email upon completion.

What Data Is Deleted?

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our active databases:

  • Your user profile, name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Your authentication tokens, passwords, and mobile phone associations.
  • For Driver Partners: Uploaded vehicle photos and KYC document images stored on platform servers.
  • Push notification tokens (Firebase FCM) and device identifiers.
  • Saved favourite places and address book history.

What Data Is Retained (Legal & Regulatory Compliance)

Under applicable Indian laws and regulatory mandates (including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Motor Vehicles Aggregator Guidelines, and Goods and Services Tax Act), certain historical trip invoices, financial transaction references (processed via Razorpay), and grievance logs must be retained for statutory auditing and taxation purposes for the legally mandated period. This residual data cannot be used for any commercial or marketing purposes and is securely archived.
