This Privacy Policy is framed in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India, Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, Google Play Developer Policies (Data Safety & Prominent Disclosures), and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the INNINGS platform with verified mobile phone credentials.
• "Rider" means an individual who books, requests, or utilizes mobility transportation through the platform.
• "Driver Partner" means an independent commercial transport operator offering rides to users through the INNINGS Driver application.
• "Personal Data" means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
• "Device" means any smartphone, tablet, or connected device accessing Our mobile applications or website.

We collect only the information necessary to provide reliable, efficient, and secure mobility services:

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Profile and Contact Information: Name, mobile phone number, email address, gender, profile photograph, and referral codes.
• Driver Partner Verification Documents (KYC): For driver onboarding and regulatory compliance, we collect government-issued Driving License, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Vehicle Commercial Insurance, Vehicle Fitness Certificate, and driver identity proof.
• Vehicle Information: Vehicle model, make, license plate number, seating capacity, fuel type, and vehicle photos.
• Customer Support Communications: Details shared when contacting support, reporting issues, or submitting feedback.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically Through Your Use of the App

• Location Information (Prominent Disclosure): Real-time precise and approximate GPS coordinates (detailed in Section 3 below).
• Device and Technical Identifiers: Device manufacturer, hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens to deliver ride alerts, status updates, and security messages.
• Trip and Transaction Logs: Pickup/drop locations, routes traversed, timestamps, distance travelled, fares computed, payment method, and transaction references.

Because INNINGS is a mobility and transportation service, location tracking is essential to its core functionality.

3.1 Foreground Location Data (Riders and Drivers)

When the INNINGS Rider or Driver application is active on Your screen (open and in use), We collect precise GPS location data to:

• Detect Your current pick-up point and display nearby available drivers on the live map.
• Provide accurate route navigation, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and distance calculation.
• Monitor trip progress in real-time for safety and navigation.

3.2 Background Location Data (Driver Partners Only)

The INNINGS: Driver App requires access to Location in the Background ("Allow all the time").

• Why Background Location is Collected: Even when the Driver App is closed, minimized, or the phone screen is locked, location data is collected if the driver is marked "Online" / "Available" or engaged in an Active Trip.
• Purpose: Background tracking enables the system to:
  1. Dispatch incoming ride requests from nearby passengers who need a ride closest to the driver's current position.
  2. Continue navigation and calculate accurate distance and meter fares while the driver switches to other apps (such as Google Maps or phone calls).
  3. Ensure passenger safety and live tracking for emergency and customer care assistance.
• Control: Drivers can stop background location tracking at any time by toggling their status to "Offline" or closing the session. Background location is never used for advertising or shared with third-party marketers.

Our applications request permissions to access Your Device Camera and Photo Library / Storage strictly for functional platform requirements:

• Camera: To take real-time photos of driver verification documents (Driving License, RC, Vehicle Photos) during registration and to take or update profile pictures.
• Photo Library / File Storage: To upload pre-existing digital document copies or profile images. We never scan, access, or harvest unrelated private photos or personal media on Your device.

All digital payments on INNINGS (including driver subscription packages, coin bundles, and digital ride fares) are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator.

• When making a payment via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet), Your financial credentials are encrypted and processed directly on Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure payment gateway.
• INNINGS does not store, capture, or have access to Your confidential payment secrets, CVV numbers, card PINs, or net banking passwords. We only store transaction confirmation IDs and billing status to activate subscriptions and verify orders.

We process collected data for legitimate operational and safety purposes:

• To create, authenticate, and administer user and driver accounts via OTP verification.
• To dispatch, match, and navigate rides between Riders and Driver Partners.
• To verify driver identity, vehicles, and commercial licenses for safety and compliance with transport regulations.
• To calculate transparent fares, issue electronic invoices, and process subscription packages.
• To send critical transactional notifications, OTPs, and ride updates via SMS and Push Notifications.
• To investigate safety incidents, fraud, dispute resolution, and emergency support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade Your personal data to third parties. We share data only under strictly defined operational circumstances:

• Between Rider and Driver Partner: When a ride is booked, the Driver receives the Rider's first name, pickup location, and drop destination. The Rider receives the Driver's name, photograph, vehicle model, license plate number, and live location.
• Third-Party Infrastructure & Technology Partners:
  • Google Maps Platform: For map rendering, geocoding, and distance computation.
  • Razorpay: For secure payment gateway processing.
  • Firebase (Google LLC): For real-time cloud messaging, app crash analytics, and push notifications.
  • Pusher: For real-time WebSocket ride dispatching.
  • Authorized SMS Gateways: For delivering mobile OTPs and transactional alerts.
• Legal & Law Enforcement Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or official request from government or law enforcement agencies investigating safety incidents.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security safeguards (including HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption, secure AWS server infrastructure, hashed authentication tokens, and strict access controls) to protect Your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Personal data is retained only for as long as Your account remains active or as required by Indian taxation and regulatory laws (e.g. maintaining financial invoice logs for GST and accounting mandates).

In accordance with Google Play Data Safety Policies and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), users have the absolute right to delete their account and associated personal data at any time.

9.1 In-App Instant Account Deletion

You can delete Your account directly inside the mobile application at any time:

1. Open the INNINGS: Rider or INNINGS: Driver app.
2. Tap on the Profile tab (from the bottom navigation or menu).
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile screen (located right near the Logout button).
4. Tap on "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

Upon confirmation, Your active session is terminated, authentication credentials are invalidated, and Your profile information is permanently removed from Our active systems.

9.2 Requesting Deletion via Web / Email

If You do not have access to the mobile application, You can submit an account and data deletion request by emailing Our privacy desk at: support@stupendousinnings.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and Your registered mobile number. Our team will verify and process the request within 48 to 72 hours.

Our Services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If We discover that a person under 18 has registered an account, We will promptly delete such account and data.
